applications, or services provided, owned, or operated by Glimpse App Inc. (with its affiliates, “Glimpse Apps”) that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Glimpse Services”). By visiting

www.justglimpseit.com , setting up your Glimpse Apps accounts, or using the Glimpse

Services, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy, to the extent

permitted by law.

Besides the other purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, we collect data to provide you

with an optimal experience while using our Services. This includes basic benefits, like

allowing other users to see the name and picture you choose to show, and more advanced

ones, like processing your registration and financial data to allow you to purchase our paid

solutions. We encourage you to be mindful of personal information you may share when

taking actions on the Glimpse Services that are public or intended to be public in nature.

 The Data We Collect

Below, we explain the types of personal data collected when you use our Services.

Some types of personal data we collect are required for all Glimpse Services (e.g., your

email address), some may be required solely for certain Services or features you decide to

use (e.g., monetization), and some are optional, and subject to your discretion (e.g., your

photo).

Data provided or collected through account registration or participation in Glimpse’s

activities:

Identifiers, such as:

o Your personal details, (e.g., name, country of residence);

o Your contact details (e.g., phone number, email address);

o Any chosen account login details, such as your username and any of your

password or security pin-code.

 

Your photo, if you provided one for your profile picture.

General location, which we estimate using IP addresses we collect and additional

information (e.g., phone number area codes)

GPS based location while using our app, which we collect with your permission for

very specific purposes detailed below.

 

Your credit card & bank account information.

Automatically-collected device data, (e.g., through cookies or other device-identifying

technologies):

Device identifiers, such as identifiers for devices you have used to access our

websites and application, including IP address, unique device identifiers, advertising

related identifiers, MAC identifiers.

Other device data, such as data about your device’s operating system, your browser,

browser or operating system language, your wireless network, your mobile carrier.

Electronic network activity data, such as information stored on log files, when you

access our Service and website, pages viewed, the pages that directed you to our

website, information related to errors and crash reports.

Activity data relating to your usage of Services, such as search history, connection

status, whether you have received and seen messages sent to you, whether you are

currently on another call.

Content and message data, such as who messaged whom, and at what time, your

personal preferences related to such usage (for example how often, for how long,

what options are selected, etc.), links you visit through any of your messages.

Data relating to communities and channels you have visited or followed, such as

messages you have liked, messages you have sent, the content you have viewed;

Glimpse may also process inferences about your account and device identifier,

such as:

o Inferred gender – for example, inferred from your name;

o Inferred interests – inferred from the links you visited and your activity in

communities and channels (as long as you permit it);

o Inferences from third party data –We may receive inferred data linked to your

device identifier generated by such third parties from other websites and

services you have visited (e.g., your interests, socioeconomic status,

locations you often visit, etc.).

o Inferences from ads-related interactions –Inferences can be generated from

data associated with your device identifier regarding how you interact with

ads, delivered on third party’s advertising platforms by our trusted third

parties.

 

If we combine or associate information from other sources with information that we collect

through the Glimpse Services, we will treat the combined information in accordance with

this Privacy Notice.

 

User Submitted Content:

If you choose to participate in Glimpse’s activities (e.g., broadcasts), or as part of your

participation in communities/channels/bots’ activities available on Glimpse, you may

voluntarily publish, submit or post content such as videos, images, graphics, text, videos,

etc. which may include personal data (e.g., an image of a person).

Data we collect from your communications with us, including support, customer services

and other inquiries:

If you choose to contact us through any means of communications we make available, you

may provide us with certain information such as your contact details (e.g., name, email,

phone number, mobile carrier, country – mainly where you are not a user of our Services)

and other information you voluntarily wish to provide (mainly, related to the issue you wish

us to address or resolve). We will further store our contact history and correspondence with

you.

Business partners data:

When you communicate with us for business purposes as a business partner of ours, we

will save your contact data provided by you (names, phone number, email, address etc.), as

well as any correspondence we have had. We use trusted third-party providers to manage

the maintenance and storage of such data.

 How We Use Your Data

At Glimpse, we use your data to provide you with the best possible Service. This includes

administering your account, customizing and improving the Service we offer, processing

payments, providing you with support, and maintaining your safety.

Glimpse may use personal information to:

Operate, maintain, enhance, provide, create, and develop all of the features,

functionality, and services (new or existing) found on the Glimpse Services;

Provide security for our websites, products, software, or applications;

Manage relationships with Glimpse account holders (e.g., Partners, Affiliates),

including making or receiving payment;

Improve users’ experience with Glimpse by providing content recommendations and

by delivering content that we hope users will find relevant and interesting, including

advertising and marketing messages;

Allow you to comment on content;

Prevent fraud and abuse;

Understand the usage trends of our users.

Glimpse may use automatically collected information to:

Automatically update the Glimpse application on your system;

 

Remember your information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or

the next time you access the Glimpse Services;

Provide customized advertisements, content, and information;

Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns;

Monitor and store aggregate site usage metrics such as total number of visitors and

pages accessed.

We use your email address to communicate with you, including to notify you of major

Glimpse Services updates, for customer service purposes, or to contact you regarding any

content that you have posted to or downloaded from the Glimpse Services.

Glimpse may periodically send promotional materials or notifications to you related to the

Glimpse Services. If you want to stop receiving promotional materials, you can go to your

account settings once you have logged in to the Glimpse Services or follow the unsubscribe

instructions at the bottom of any email from us. If you have installed a mobile app and you

wish to stop receiving push notifications, you can change the settings either on your mobile

device or through the app.

We may also ask for your consent to process your personal information for a specific

purpose that we communicate to you. When you consent to our processing your personal

information for a specified purpose, you may withdraw your consent at any time and we will

stop the processing of your data for that purpose.

In certain cases, we have a legal obligation to collect and process your personal information

(such as our obligation to share data with tax authorities).

Glimpse will rely on legal grounds to process your personal information to the extent

permitted by applicable law, which may include, without limitation: to honor contractual

commitments, to take steps in anticipation of entering into contract, to fulfill legal

obligations, your consent, and Glimpse’s legitimate interests.

What Other Users Can See

When you use our Services, other Glimpse users can see the following data about you:

The fact that you are a Glimpse user or a user of certain Glimpse Services.

The content you voluntarily share.

 

 How We Share Your Personal Data

We share data with third parties offering services through our App. We may also share

personal data in limited circumstances where we are required to do so under applicable

law.

We may share the data we collect about you with third parties for the following purposes:

 

Certain types of data, such as name, personal email, profile picture, phone numbers,

Glimpse unique ID, may be disclosed in order to provide joint content and our

Services (e.g., registration, coordination of membership accounts between the

Glimpse and third party vendors, transactions, analytics and customer support);

Further, we share data with our affiliated companies as our service provider for our

marketing and advertising activities.

Our Service Providers:

We share your personal data with our trusted service providers and business partners that

perform business operations for us on our behalf (as data processors) and pursuant to our

instructions. This includes the following types of service providers:

Advertising and marketing service providers, who help us with advertising

measurements and app installations;

Data storage providers, with whom we entrust the hosting and storage of our data;

Customer support providers, who help us perform such functions as customer

support and customer service;

Data analytics and data management providers, who help us analyze, improve,

personalize and enhance our Services;

Measurement partners, who help us with measurements, tracking and targeting;

Payment and fintech services providers, who enable processing payments and

fintech actions on our app;

Data security partners, who help us detect and prevent potentially illegal acts,

violations of our policies, fraud and/or data security breaches and ensure

compliance with legal obligations

Other providers, who offer certain functionalities or who assist Glimpse in improving

services or creating new features.

Where we share information with services providers and partners, we ensure they only have

access to such information that is strictly necessary in order for us to provide the Services.

These parties are required to secure the data they receive using reasonable confidentiality

measures and to use the data for pre-agreed purposes only, while ensuring compliance with

all applicable data protection regulations (such service providers may use other non-

personal data for their own benefit).

Advertising Partners:

To enable the limited advertisements on our Services, we may share device identifiers (i.e.,

an advertising identifier associated with your device) with our third-party advertising

partners, along with certain of your device data (e.g. language preference), age range,

inferred gender, country, city, reduced IP address (or GPS location data if you allowed us in

your settings) and certain technical or aggregated data about you and the device you are

using. This includes partners managing our advertising placements and also advertisers

themselves and their agencies or third parties managing their advertising demands. Your

unique advertising identifier is created by your mobile device’s operating system and you

can change it or choose not to share it at any time.

 

Limited Payment Services:

If you use our services, we will share with our third-party payment processor Stripe related

data such as your name, date of birth, contact details, country, etc.

If you use our services, we will share with Google Pay or Apple Pay or any other linked

payments provider the following information: (i) name of the payment service provider

merchant; (ii) price of the items purchased and currency; and (iii) the description of the

items purchased. The confirmation of the payment is provided directly to the merchant and

Glimpse does not receive or share any payment data or registration data from Apple Pay

nor Google Pay. Note that, your use of Apple Pay and Google Pay, including their use of your

data, is subject to their respective terms and privacy policy which can be found here: Google

If you use our services, we will share your email address with our payment processor, for

the purpose of verification and fraud detection.

Corporate Transactions:

In the event of a corporate transaction (e.g., sale of a substantial part of our business,

merger, acquisition, consolidation or asset sale), we reserve the right to transfer or assign

the data we have collected from users with our acquiring company. We will obligate the

acquiring company to assume the rights and obligations as described in this Privacy Policy

(including this notice).

Legal and Law Enforcement:

Glimpse may disclose user information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is

necessary to comply with U.S. state and federal laws or other applicable laws around the

world (for example, in the country of your residence), or to respond to a court order, judicial

or other government request, subpoena, or warrant in the manner legally required.

Additionally, we may share certain types of data about you as may be appropriate to:

Detect and prevent violations of Glimpse policies, fraud, data security breaches, and

potentially abusive or illegal acts;

Protect Glimpse from potential liability;

Investigate and defend Glimpse against third-party claims, or allegations;

Preserve the security or integrity of the Glimpse Services; or

Secure the rights, property, or safety of Glimpse, our users, or others.

Other than as set out in this Privacy Notice, you will receive notice when personal

information about you might be shared with third parties and you will have an opportunity to

choose not to share the information.

Third-Party Websites, Apps and Back-Ups

 

Glimpse Services may contain links to other third-party websites, or you may access

Glimpse Services from a third-party website.

We are not responsible for the data collection by such third parties, and their privacy

practices and polices shall govern your personal data collected or processed by them. We

encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party websites and services to

understand their practices.

If you connect to a third-party service (such as Facebook, Twitter, or another third-party

application) through the Glimpse Services or otherwise link your Glimpse account with a

third-party service, you are requesting and authorizing us to share or grant access to

information on your behalf (such as your username, the fact that your connection originated

from the Glimpse Services, and other relevant usage and diagnostic information) with such

third party. We may also send information about the content you watch or your activities on

the Glimpse Services to such third parties.

Choices and Controls

Glimpse provides you with certain choice and controls you may exercise, related to your

personal data, as follows:

We enable you to delete or edit your messages anytime, even after they have been

sent (they will be deleted or appear edited for you, your friend and our Services).

You can also control your privacy settings within the App to change the visibility of

your online status.

You can also make additional choices on your phone’s settings by changing our

App’s permissions such as GPS location sharing, access to contact list and more.

If you do not wish to receive Glimpse marketing notifications, you may adjust your

system settings to decline notifications from Glimpse, or submit a request to our

support. And if you subscribed to receive promotional emails from Glimpse, you can

unsubscribe in any such email at any time.

 Data Security and Storage

At Glimpse, we take information security seriously and have strict security measures in

place to ensure the safety, integrity, and confidentiality of your account and your personal

data.

We implement technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security

appropriate to the risk to the personal data we process. We evaluate these measures on a

regular basis to ensure the security of the processing. However, no security precautions or

systems can be completely secure. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any

information you transmit to Glimpse, and you do so at your own risk.

Data Retention

We only keep personal data as long as required to fulfill the purpose for which the data was

collected, as may be required (or permitted) by law, or as otherwise communicated to you.

 

The criteria we use to determine Glimpse retention periods are as follows:

The type of personal data and purpose of collection – unless otherwise specified,

we retain data as long as it is necessary and relevant for us to achieve the purposes

for which the personal data was collected. For example:

o Personal data required to maintain your Glimpse account and to enable you

the use of Glimpse Services (e.g., your name, your email address) will be

retained for as long as you maintain your Glimpse account.

o Personal data you have voluntarily provided during registration or through

your account (e.g., your photo, date of birth, and interests) will be retained for

as long as

Compliance with our legal obligations – we are required to retain certain types of

data in order to comply with our obligations under applicable laws. For example, we

need to retain transactions information to comply with tax legislation or certain

types of personal data subject to a binding legal request or a court order.

Dispute, claims and legal proceedings – if you have a dispute with us, we may retain

certain types of personal data as necessary and applicable to your claims, including

any legal proceedings between us, until such dispute was resolved, and following, if

we find it necessary, in accordance with applicable statutory limitation periods. In

addition, in the event you request to exercise your rights, we will maintain the

applicable correspondence for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance, and

If you decide to delete your Glimpse account:

We will retain records of purchases you have made, for the periods required under

applicable laws, or as needed in accordance with our fraud monitoring program.

Your posted cocntent may remain available if you do not delete them.

We may also keep activity data on a non-identifiable basis to improve our Services.

All other types of data related to your Glimpse account will be deleted, unless we are

required to further retain the data, subject to the criteria detailed above.

 Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly

collect personal data from individuals under this age.

If you are under 13 years of age, please do not use or access Glimpse Services at any time

or in any manner. If we learn that personal information of persons under 13 has been

collected on or through our services, we will take appropriate steps to delete this
